Once we have received form we will give this to our banker and Donation installment will start deduct automatically
Notes:
In case of ECS return, Charges will be charged by your banker (Each bank have separate return charge policy)
Intimation will be given on your registered mail id and Mobile no 7 days before presenting ECS form on each Donation Installment
In case if do not want to deduct donation installment in any month kindly inform us atleast 7 days before on mail id ECS@sahajsevasansthan.org and contactus@sssansthan.org or contact us 8741832724
Sufficient funds will be needed in your account as on date as selected by you in ECS Mandate Form
No charges will be charged from your account to process this form
Instruction To fill form:
Doner Name: Name in which TAX Certificate of Donation Requires
E mail id, Ph number, Mobile Number and Address where Communication can be done
Donor ID: If you have given donation previously to Sahaj Seva Sansthan, NG code/Donor id will be allotted to yours. You can find this on your RECEIPT(Computer Generated).
If you don’t remember than just mention behind the form, we will find that.
Start date: From date you start to transfer funds to our account. You are to choose one date between 05/MM/YEAR and 10/MM/YEAR. Month and year can be selected with your discretion.
It Should be letter than 30 days from dispatch date.
End Date- Date on which you want to expire this form. For example:
Today date: 11/08/2018
You want donate 5000 Monthly for 2 years. Than
Donation Installment: 24
Frequency: Monthly
Debit Amount: 5000
Start Date: 16/09/2018 (Cannot be earlier than 30 days of current date)
End Date: 16/08/2020 (Date Should be letter than: Start date+ Period Require to deduct Donation Installment)
Signature should be same as registered with your banker
